** A letter from the Program Director verifying registrant is enrolled in a graduate or postdoctoral training program is mandatory at the time of registration. Submit it via fax: +33 3 83 30 00 68 or email Marie-Josée Duran.
*** Refers to spouses/family members of professionnal registrants. Includes Friday/Saturday lunches and social activities. No access to sessions. Banquet attendance allowed when accompanying a professionnal registered for it.

REGISTRATION POLICY :
Registration is not considered complete until payment is received and cleared. Registration confirmations will be sent electronically within two weeks of payment receipt. Contact Marie-Josée Duran if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two weeks of registering.
NOTE: confirmations must be shown on-site to receive badges/materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a 50 Euros nonrefundable processing fee and must be received by June 25, 2009 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation notices should be sent via fax: +33 3 83 30 00 68 or email Marie-Josée Duran. Cancellations received after June 25, 2009 will not be refunded.
Registration transfers and/or name substitutions are not accepted.
